Legacy Women's Bible Study
Legacy Bible Study, sponsored by Christ UM Church, is a community of sisters seeking the Lord through study of the Bible and through prayer. Join us as we:
- praise God in song,
- hear Kathy Russell from Fresh Water Ministries lead our large group teaching, and
- grow in fellowship with one another in small group discussions.
A new study of the book of Genesis will begin September 9, 2011 and continue through March 23, 2012. The book of Genesis leads us into the amazing story of the God of All who created the world and human beings out of love. God is the author and illustrator of all that is, was, and ever will be. We are created by Him and for relationship with Him. Genesis is the story of where it all begain. Come join us in this great adventure of God's creation.
Legacy meets most Fridays (with the exception of school holidays) from 9:30 -11:30 am in the Sanctuary. Childcare is available for a fee. No experience necessary! It doesn't matter whether you have read the Bible before. We just hope you will come with a heart ready to listen and learn. Bring a friend! Isn't it easier to do something new with a friend? Ask her! She'll be glad you thought of her. Did you know that many of the women attending Legacy have never participated in a Bible study before? That is, until they were asked by a friend . . . like YOU!
