The Toiletries Challenge

     Traveling this summer?  Staying in a hotel?  Bring your hotel toiletries back to the church to share them with the folks served by the Interfaith Council for Social Service!  It's an easy way to support these folks in need.  Look for the collection box on the table in Ascension Hall or drop off items in the church office.  See how many you can bring!  Once, my sister and I brought back 100 toiletries from South Africa in our suitcases!  If you beat that, I'll take you out to lunch! 

    Please also contribute to the ongoing collection for IFC in the drawers of the cabinet in Ascension Hall.  Current needs include spaghetti, pork and beans/baked beans, grits, ramen noodles (chicken or beef), dry cereal, pinto beans (canned or dry), white sliced bread, snack crackers and saltines, jelly,  and personal care items.
