The word “liturgy” means “the work of the people,” and we believe that we are deeply formed by this work every time we gather. Our liturgy stems from The United Methodist Book of Worship and follows a pattern of gathering, confessing, giving, hearing, responding, and sending.
As United Methodists, we believe that all are welcome to the table, because the table is not ours but God’s. We believe that partaking in communion is a means of grace, or a way by which God is made known to us. All are welcome and invited to receive. We celebrate communion every week at 8:30am as well as on the first Sunday of the month at 9:45 and 11:00am.
